How the radar works

  1. Fetch only the official URLs in the checked-in registry, with an explicit timeout and official-host allowlist.
  2. Normalize the main page content, compare its SHA-256 signature, and confirm expected evidence is still present.
  3. Write a separate review artifact when content, evidence, redirects, or fetch status changes. The checker never edits published facts.
  4. A human compares the source, updates the baseline and dependent LTB content, then adds a reviewed change entry with an effective date and citation.

Absence of a published change means no official change has been reviewed and entered since the baseline; it does not guarantee an official page never changed temporarily.
